Cancelling a Subscription

You may cancel a subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel before your next billing date.

To cancel, log into your account or contact us at (800) 979-1521 or support@eloriawell.com, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Include your order number and we will confirm the cancellation by email.

There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of cycles.

Charges Already Processed

Charges already processed for a billing cycle are covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee on the same terms as a one-time order. See our Return and refund policy for details.

Billing Notice

Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout, at the price shown at checkout, until cancelled.
