Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind She Reign completely. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a resolution.
We want every woman who tries She Reign to feel supported — not just by the formula, but by us.
How It Works
Because She Reign is a dietary supplement intended for personal use and internal consumption, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
Instead, we offer a satisfaction-based resolution — which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion — based on your situation.
To request a resolution under our guarantee:
- Contact us at using our contact page within 60 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a brief description of your experience
- Our team will review and respond within 1–3 business days
Unopened / Unused Products
If you contact us about an unopened, unused product within 60 days of delivery, we may request that you return it before a refund is issued. In this case:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
What Is Not Covered
Our guarantee does not cover:
- Requests made after 60 days of delivery
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers
- Dissatisfaction based on taste, smell, or personal preference alone where the product has been fully consumed
- Duplicate orders placed in error (please contact us immediately if this happens)
Subscription Orders
If you are on a monthly subscription and wish to cancel, you must cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle. Charges already processed for a billing cycle are subject to the same 60-day guarantee terms above.
To cancel your subscription, log into your account or contact us directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge.
